The Strategic Plan 2009 - 2014

The strategic plan was developed by the MACUHO Executive Board and approved in June, 2009. This plan is intended to be a living document which will guide our association over the next five years.

Opportunity to Serve on a MACUHO Strategic Plan Taskforce

In an effort to engage more members of our association in the decision making process, I am looking for committed and dedicated professionals to serve on these taskforces. This is your opportunity to influence the future of MACUHO. I invite you to review the information below about each taskforce and apply to any that may interest you by December 1, 2009.

• The Finance Taskforce will offer recommendations that will “diversify and increase its revenue sources in order to decrease its reliance on vendor revenue and increase funds available for use.”
• The Association Structure Taskforce will offer recommendations that will conduct “a comprehensive assessment of its organizational structure in order to maximize effectiveness, streamline communication channels, and minimize costs to the organization.”
• The Membership Taskforce will offer recommendations that will “assess factors related to non-participation by regional institutions in the organization’s programs and services.”
