The vendors who make up the Exhibits and Displays portion of the conference are a large part of our organization and our sucess on individual member campuses.
Please note: An Exhibitor's Information Packet will be mailed to the Primary Contact listed above. The Information Packet will include information from Spectrum Associates, Inc. and the Trump Plaza & Conference Center regarding “Additional Booth Services” that will be provided as requested at additional cost. See below for more detail.

Additional Booth Services
Electrical and phone/data wiring services must be contracted through the Trump Plaza by utilizing the appropriate form included in the Exhibitor’s Information Packet. All other booth services must be contacted through Spectrum Associates using the remaining forms in the Exhibitor’s Information Packet. Please return forms and payment for additional services directly to Trump Plaza or Spectrum Associates, respectively.
MACUHO Conference Delegate Raffle
Each year we ask exhibitors for a small prize donation for a raffle conducted at the end of the conference. All MACUHO conference delegates participate in the drawing. Past donations have included imprinted company promotional items (e.g. shirts, mugs), small gift certificates, or products (trials, samples, displays, etc.) These items SHOULD NOT need to be mailed in advance, and should be submitted during exhibitor check-in.
All registrations will occur online. Payment may be may online or via check.
