This Could Be The Reason Why You Can’t Lose Weight

In the western world, obesity is at an all-time high and is showing no signs of slowing down. More and more people are turning to junk and convenience food, and less people are getting involved in physical exercise leaving us with the obesity problem that we have today. Yet, some of us are trying our hardest to slim down, get fit and healthy, and shed a few pounds – but with no avail.

There is nothing more frustrating as eating healthily, participating in regular exercise and drinking plenty of water just to see absolutely no change or the slightest of changes on the scales when you weigh yourself each week. The acids in your body could be the reason why you’re struggling to lose weight – but thankfully, it’s easy to rectify with a body acid neutralizer.

The Function of Fat

If you look at the actual function of fat, you will find that in moderate amounts it is not the enemy. This is why many fad diets and diets which instruct you to extremely limit your fat intake may not often work, or work for a while but make it easy to put any weight that you lost straight back on. Fat is one of the primary defenses that your body uses in order to protect against the blood ph, a measurement which is used to define levels of acidity or alkalinity. In order to sustain life, your blood must maintain a ph level of between 7.3 and 7.4. When the overall ph level of your body is not right, there will be a lesser delivery of oxygen to cells, resulting in the creation of an environment in which disease can thrive and affecting your overall health massively, as this sets the stage for what would normally be healthy processes to turn destructive, such as cancer cells.

How to Body Maintains Proper PH Levels

In order to maintain a proper level of ph, the body flushes out as many toxins as possible through a variety of different means such as sweat, urination, and defecation. However, if there are more toxins and acids in the body than it is able to healthily dispose of, waste cells are created, in order to store them. These cells are made of fat, which is why fat plays an important part in keeping the body toxin-free and healthy. Although you may not appreciate the extra fat that these cells create, it is doing an important job by storing excess toxins and acids – and you may well need these fat cells in order to sustain life.

How Toxins Occur

How too many toxins occur in the body is an important concept to grasp when it comes to relating body acidity to weight gain and difficulty losing weight. If you are ingesting a large about of toxic chemical food ingredients such as artificial sweeteners, hydrogenated oils, preservatives or processed foods, or if you are regularly exposing yourself to the toxins found in items such as chemical based sunscreens, body sprays and other body care products, your body is working overtime in order to produce enough fat cells to store these extra toxins in which the body cannot get rid of. This could be the answer to why even dieting, exercising and being disciplined is still not solving your weight issues.

How to Correct Body Acidity

You can successfully correct the level of acidity in your body by making suitable changes to your diet and lifestyle. This includes eating healthy and organic foods, taking supplements which support alkalizing the system, and using body acid neutralizing products. Processed foods should be avoided as they are full of toxins, with even foods that are labelled as ‘fat free’ or ‘diet’ containing chemicals which your body will see as toxins. You should pay attention to consuming foods and products which are particularly alkalizing in order to regain a ph balance.

Don’t forget to stay hydrated! Drinking plenty of fresh, pure water will help to detox and balance your system.
