This will help you not having to take everything out of a bag every time you need it for something else. You can keep some of your gym kit, permanently in the bag, and will only need to take your dirty workout clothes out. This just helps saves that little bit of time in your life, and makes going to the gym less of a hassle, and therefore more inviting.
Finally, now that you know what routine works for you, start looking around for various gym/fitness apps that can help with your specific routine. Having a log of your progression can really help keep the initial motivation for going to the gym topped up and help show you where to take your fitness regime next.
